Canadian Shipping & Dispatch Policy
Canadian Shipping & Dispatch Policy
How payment confirmation, order processing, carrier handoff, tracking, address accuracy, and delivery exceptions are expected to work.
Order processing
The proposed processing target is [INSERT: approved business-day window after cleared payment]. Weekends, holidays, verification questions, stock discrepancies, or address issues may extend the handoff time.
Delivery area and carrier
Orders are intended for [INSERT: approved provinces, territories, remote-area limits, and any excluded destinations] using [INSERT: carrier and service levels].
Address responsibility
The customer must review the delivery address before submitting checkout. Contact support immediately if a correction is needed; a change may not be possible after carrier handoff.
Tracking
Tracking is provided through [INSERT: confirmation channel] after the carrier accepts the parcel. Carrier scans, routes, and delivery estimates then control the live status.
Packaging and receiving
Orders are prepared for the selected service, but the receiving organization remains responsible for availability at delivery, prompt inspection, and transfer into its approved storage process.
Delay, loss, or damage
Report an exception with the order number and tracking reference. The final escalation rule is [INSERT: waiting period, carrier-claim process, and available remedies].
